Secumundi sees itself as a liaison between the service provider or the internal specialists for occupational safety, safety engineers, company physicians, occupational physicians, QM representatives, and the company to be advised. In connection to the documentation requirement in occupational safety it is important that you provide meaningful documentation in the form of risk assessments and protocols.

We want to help consultants (occupational safety specialist, company doctor) and companies achieve this by means of our cost-effective, professional and effective software solution.

As a company we have gained consulting experience in occupational safety since 1996. Thus, we were able to develop templates alongside specialists that are the result of extensive practical on-site work with customers. We integrate this experience into all our products.

The Secumundi website offers external specialists for occupational safety, company doctors, occupational physicians, QM representatives, consultants, etc. as well as in-house departments in occupational health and safety and in QM management the possibility to create documentation directly on site using our tried and tested templates both via a mobile terminal and via a laptop or PC.

A PDF document can be easily generated after wrapping up the documentation, which can then be sent to the contact person, supervisor or customer by email. You can also easily generate your own templates.

Our goal is to provide a software and an app that are easy to wield so that our products and documentation apps can be operated perfectly. Through daily use in real time, app improvements and simplified operations are implemented in our regular updates.
